Ironman 70.3

Swim, Bike, Run, Eat, Sleep – Repeat. One of the toughest endurance events on the planet. Ironman is not an event that can be entered into lightly. There are several distances to choose from with a full Ironman being the ULTIMATE challenge.

Ironman 70.3
Swim 1.9km – Bike 90km – Run 21.1km

Swim 3.8km – Bike 180km – Run 42km
